Opera 12.50 Build 1577 本格的に Windows 2000切り

Opera Desktop Team - 12.50 ‘Marlin’ Holiday updates (improvements to HTML5 Drag'n'drop and Hardware Acceleration)

Opera Next 12.50 の Build 1577 がリリースされましたが、本格的に Windows 2000切るみたいです。

問題となるのは、 Uxtheme.dll を静的リンクしていること
GetAdaptersAddesses を使っていることです。
現在拡張カーネルでも、通信がうまくできず使えません。
