返事来ました…が複数のアプリがアカウントに紐付けられているので、違反する場合があるとかなんとか。
ケースを説明するか削除して連絡せよとのこと。

とりあえず2つ残して、片方は製品版、片方は開発で使うと回答した・・・さぁどうなるかな？
