PowerPoint Viewer 2010 がランダムにクラッシュする理由の調査 その1

Windows 2000で PowerPoint Viewer 2010を起動すると、ランダムにクラッシュする現象が･ω･

たまに起動するんですが良く分からない。

トレースしてみた結果、CoRegisterInitializeSpyのIInitializeSpy構造体生成時にクラッシュしてる模様･ω･

Windows 2000は構造体のサイズ 0x108 なんだけど、XPは 0x128 あるんだな･ω･

    so you have to change the assembly
    mov eax, dword ptr [eax + 128h] and converted to hex code, and look up the function in IDA and modify it in .text
    it is true ?
    I am learning this trick in msfn.
