組み込み版 XPのNTDLLがバグってるのを直してみた

組み込み版 XPの更新プログラムを適用すると『Ctrl+C キーでアプリケーションが終了しました』が出る理由が酷すぎる件
XP使ってないんで、正直面倒だったんですが、せっかく残り20日間使えるXPの仮想環境があるので直してみました･ω･
