Flash Player 30 から SSE2 必須になった模様

After further testing on a newer system, I have determined that Flash Player 30 does indeed work on Windows 2000. However, I suspect the culprit for the earlier failure is because the older system lacks a SSE2 compatible processor. So, you will need a SSE2 compatible processor in order to execute the Flash Player 30 installer. |
Flash Player 30 を Windows 2000に入れたユーザーが動かないって騒いでたのだけど、
どうやら、SSE2非搭載だと、動作しない模様 ・ω・
試しにDLL確認してみたら、従来品はメモリ転送命令だけ、SSE2命令を使うかどうか判断する処理が入ってるのですが、FlashPlayer 30から 10倍近くの SSE2 コードが埋め込まれていました。
そういえば、Firefox も 48辺りからSSE2必須になっていましたね
ちなみに、同梱の SAFlashPlayer はだいぶ前からSSE２必須だったと思う ・ω・
