hi blackwingcat , the problem of english Windows 2000 SP4 with Virtual box after install Extended kernel is appear to many users in msfn, in real machine no problem , but in virtual machine (VirtualBox) Guest Additions stops working , and no drag and drop and add/remove program broken. i advise you to try with new installtion of Windows 2000 english orginal sp 4 or iso 2011 in virtual box and you will see the issue , if you have solution as there are update should installed before extended kernel please tell us. I am really afraid of this problem.
