【misskey】もふきー v0.1.0にプチアップデート
【BM】Misskey Windows 95対応クライアント もふきー！
もふきー！のプチアップデートを行いました。
修正は以下の通り。
・Windows 8.1のHelpファイル対応アップデートのインストーラーが混入していたので削除
・同梱の opensslを 1.1.1cから1.1.1tに更新
・jQueryのlicense を追加
・openssl 1.1/3.xネイティブ形式に対応
※ libssl-3 → libssl-1_1 → ssleay32 の順で読み込みを試行します
