OutLook Express 6 Service Pack 3 for Windows 2000 English

I received from Mr. WildBill In MSFN the request to make English version of OutLook Express 6 Service Pack 3 , so I tried to make it.
 (MSFN の WildBill さんから、英語版 OutLook Express 6 Service Pack 3 のリクエストを受けたので、作ってみました)

For this reason, the installer is also English.(という訳で、インストーラーも英語です。)

Just so all the menus in English.(メニューも全て英語になってますね。)

the property shows version OE6SP3. (ちゃんとバージョンは OE6SP3になっています。)
